25 microns RMS from 1997 measurements without any hardware installed on the dish.
	16 microns RMS in Sept 2002 - DSOS not activated.  I attest good RMS to standoff assemblies installed on the back of the dish with liquid heat exchangers circulating fluid and insulated from the ambient environment.
	13.4 microns RMS in August 2003 - more calibrated and activated toothpick assemblies.
