Utility Programs for IF Processor

In order to assist troubleshooting the IF Processor system, the following programs and scripts are provided in rtlinux:/home/rtlinux/ifproc/bin/:

• ifpmon - curses-based monitor program which displays the real-time status of the IF Processor. Also available on kilauea and puuoo (under /usr/local/bin/).
• sw1, sw2, ..., sw10, and sw11 - scripts to program the RF switch No. 1, 2, ..., 10, and 11, respectively.
  • sw1   - FE-1 (1-2 GHz IF) input, through (1) or terminator (2).
  • sw2   - FE-1 (1-2 GHz IF) comb, through (1) or comb (2).
  • sw3   - FE-A (4-8 GHz IF) input, through (1) or terminator (2).
  • sw4   - FE-A (4-8 GHz IF) comb, through (1) or comb (2).
  • sw5   - FE-B (4-8 GHz IF) input, through (1) or terminator (2).
  • sw6   - FE-B (4-8 GHz IF) comb, through (1) or comb (2).
  • sw7   - AAOS channel 1, FE-A (1), FE-B (2), or terminator (3).
  • sw8   - AAOS channel 2, FE-A (1), FE-B (2), or terminator (3).
  • sw9   - AAOS channel 3, FE-A (1), FE-B (2), or terminator (3).
  • sw10 - AAOS channel 4, FE-A (1), FE-B (2), or terminator (3).
  • sw11 - AAOS channel 3, FE-A/-B/terminator (1) or FE-1 (2).
• syn1, syn2, syn3, and syn4 - scripts to program the LO synthesizer No. 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively.
  • syn1 - AAOS channel 1 LO, 6500-6700 (MHz).
  • syn2 - AAOS channel 2 LO, 7500-7700 (MHz).
  • syn3 - AAOS channel 3 LO, 8500-8700 (MHz).
  • syn4 - AAOS channel 4 LO, 9500-9700 (MHz).
• att1, att2, att3, and att4 - scripts to program the attenuator No. 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively.
  • att1 - AAOS channel 1 attenuator, 0-63 (dB).
  • att2 - AAOS channel 2 attenuator, 0-63 (dB).
  • att3 - AAOS channel 3 attenuator, 0-63 (dB).
  • att4 - AAOS channel 4 attenuator, 0-63 (dB).
